Patch - Bridge VLANs not properly initializing

What it is

In some cases of bridging of VLAN interfaces, the bridge does not properly initialize the bridge ports (the VLAN interfaces themselves) and they are not properly added to the bridge group. This patch will fix the bridge ports to be properly initialized.
