IPv6 is now officially supported.

Phase	Date	Status	Description
Phase 1 - IPv6 Passthrough	June 2011 (9.0)	Complete	Untangle support IPv6 passthrough. In bridge mode, IPv6 packets will be passed through to the gateway appropriately allowing IPv6 networks to run Untangle with interference.
Phase 2 - IPv6 Configuration	June 2013 (10.0)	Complete	Untangle will support IPv6 configuration in Config->Network. This will allow administrators to configure Untangle with an IPv6 address and IPv6 routing information.
Phase 3 - IPv6 Application processing		Planned	Untangle will support application-layer processing of IPv6 sessions and the applications will support processing of IPv6 addresses.
